We'll be here to repair your jewelry for as long as you own it.


Moreover, you can send your jewelry to us anytime for a free, thorough cleaning and checking to ensure that it's clean and in good condition.


There are some limitations within our warranty:


Our warranty doesn't replace lost centers or focal stones. We highly recommend that you have your item insured against the unlikely event that a focal stone may fall out or get damaged.

Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If one of these stones becomes damaged, we'll do our best to replace the stone with one that's as close in color and type as possible to the original stone featured on your piece of jewelry, but color and type may vary depending on availability.


Customers are responsible for covering all shipping costs to and from our studio for cleanings, inspections, and repairs.


Please Note: Import fees and customs charges are at the expense of the client, in addition to the shipping cost. Please check with your customs office about any fees that may be associated with having us repair your piece.


All repair work is free within two years of ownership, with the exception of the replacement of focal stones. There will be only a small labor fee and/or materials fee for your repair service after two years of ownership.


A little wear and tear never hurts anyone if you are wearing fine jewelry daily. Our repair specialists will examine your piece to see what repairs need to be done. We will let you know if you need repairs beyond what's needed for normal wear and tear, plus the labor costs and material fees associated with your service.


Third-party jewelers' repairs or polishing.


Please Note: You will automatically invalidate the warranty if you take your piece to any other jeweler for resizing or repair work.
