We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on all our jewelry, ensuring that your Klara Allen Fine Jewelry is always well cared for. Our craftsmanship is guaranteed for life.
We will repair your jewelry whenever it requires servicing, for as long as you own it. You can also send your piece to us at any time for a free cleaning and inspection, ensuring it remains in perfect condition and continues to sparkle beautifully.
Please note the following limitations to our warranty:
- The warranty does not cover the replacement of lost center or focal stones. We advise you to insure your piece to protect against the rare event of a focal stone becoming dislodged or damaged.
- Some of our jewelry features unique stones. If these stones are damaged, we will make every effort to replace them with a comparable stone, though color and type may vary based on what is in stock.
- Shipping costs (both ways) for cleanings, inspections, and repairs are the client’s responsibility.
Important Reminder: Clients are also responsible for any applicable import fees or customs charges in addition to shipping costs. Please check with your local customs office for any fees associated with having your jewelry repaired.
Repairs are free for the first two years of ownership (except for focal stone replacements). After two years, a small fee for labor and/or materials may apply for repairs.
Fine jewelry worn regularly may experience normal wear and tear. Our repair team will assess your piece, and if additional repairs beyond normal wear are required, we will inform you about the associated labor and material costs.
Third-Party Repairs: The warranty is void if you take your jewelry to another jeweler for resizing or repair.
