Shipping Policy

We endeavor to dispatch your items as soon as we receive the order and have them shipped straight to you, free of charge. Please allow around 2 weeks for our specialists in custom jewelry to make your order. When your item is ready, it will be shipped and arrive in 6–9 business days.

It is the customer who will be responsible for any duties or taxes your country applies. We insure each of our deliveries with exactly what you paid up to the purchase price line on your order. Delivery requires a signature. We do our best, but sometimes we cannot control the weather  or other disasters that might affect shipping carriers ability to deliver on time, so Klara Allen is not responsible for any delays once your order has been dispatched. We also do not deliver to PO boxes.
