Every purchase from Klara Allen includes one full year of complimentary cleaning, polishing, and inspection.
During the first year, you can send your jewelry to us for a complete professional restoration at no additional cost-you’ll simply cover the two-way shipping.
When we receive your piece, our skilled artisans will:

- Tighten prongs or settings if any have loosened with regular wear.

- Prong tightening and touch-ups where required

Each piece is handled by our in-house experts and completed within 7–10 business days of arrival, before being securely returned to you.
