At Klara Allen, we want your ring to fit perfectly. We offer a complimentary one-time ring resize within the first 12 months from the delivery date of your order, subject to design and metal type eligibility.

Please review the detailed policy below for engagement, wedding, and ready-to-ship rings.

1. Engagement & Wedding Rings

• We offer one free resize for all engagement and wedding rings within 12 months of your ring’s completion date.
• Please contact us with the desirable change you would want in your current ring pieces to know if its possible to or not.
• Resizing your ring after 12 months, or after using your complimentary resize, will incur a minimal service fee.

2. Ready-To-Ship Rings

• All ready-to-ship rings come with one complimentary resize within 12 months of the ring’s completion date.
• If your ring has already been resized once from the original stock size and you wish to resize it again, it must be assessed by our team to determine if further resizing is possible.
• Please note: after the first resize, the resizing range may be reduced due to the structure of the metal.
• We recommend verifying your ring size before requesting your initial resize to ensure the best fit.

3. Rings with Engraving

• Whenever possible, engravings are placed in a location that avoids removal during resizing.
• However, in some cases, resizing may affect your engraving. If this happens, we will redo your engraving at no additional cost.

4. How to Request a Resize

To request a resize, please email us at support@klaraallen.com with:

• Your order number, and
• The date of purchase

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps, including available resizing options and instructions for shipping your ring.

5. Free Resizing Terms & Conditions

• Each ring order includes one-time complimentary resizing within 12 months of delivery.
• Shipping costs (both ways) are the customer’s responsibility.
• If the resize request exceeds the allowable resizing range, the ring setting may need to be remade(You will only require to pay the difference amount).
• A remake incurs a fee and typically takes 2 weeks, excluding shipping.
• Difference Amount Payment will be required in advance, and the older ring will be returned to us and we will ship the new ring once we get the older ring and inspect it properly..
• Resizing your ring through any other jeweller will void your warranty.
• Certain ring styles, such as full eternity bands or shanks, cannot be resized.

6. Rings That Cannot Be Resized

The following ring designs cannot be resized:

• Full pave bands
• Open bands
• Full eternity bands

7. Exceptions & Special Cases

Certain designs require additional consideration before resizing:

Basket Settings

• Due to the structure of basket settings, resizing flexibility is limited.
• Resizing may make the band appear slightly oval.
• Basket settings can typically be resized ½ size less than the standard allowable range (depending on whether it’s plain, pavé, or triple pavé).

Cathedral Settings

• Cathedral designs also have limited resizing potential.
• Only the bottom half of the band can be adjusted, which may result in a slightly oval shape after a large resize.
• Cathedral settings can be resized ½ size less than the standard allowable range (based on band type).

Custom Rings

• Custom designs may need to be assessed individually to confirm whether resizing is possible without compromising structural integrity. Please contact us with order details for confirmation
