How the Upgrade Works

1. Reach Out to Us

When you’re ready to enhance your ring with a larger diamond, simply email our team at support@klaraallen.com.
We’ll guide you through the process and ask for photos and videos of your current ring for an initial review.

2. Ship Your Ring for Evaluation

Once approved, you’ll be asked to send your ring to us for a complete inspection.
After careful assessment, we’ll confirm your eligibility for an upgrade and provide you with your personalized quote.

(Please note: Shipping cost will have to be covered by customer for sending us the ring)

You’ll only pay the difference in diamond value, along with 20% of your original ring’s cost to cover craftsmanship and labor.

3. We Craft Your Upgraded Ring

After we receive your original piece, our master artisans will begin crafting your new ring-maintaining your chosen design, but featuring a larger, more radiant center stone.

4. Receive Your New Sparkle

Your upgraded ring will be ready within 2 to 3 weeks from the date we receive your original piece.
Each piece is meticulously handcrafted to maintain the same precision, proportions, and elegance-now with even greater brilliance.

Important Details

• Once the upgrade process begins, your original ring will remain with us.
• The Lifetime Upgrade Promise applies to all Klara Allen rings.
• For customers with CVD diamond orders, the IGI certificate must be returned along with the original ring before the upgrade starts.
